Instead, he appeared unfortunately unfamiliar with not only the site but with Web browsing in general, joining the ranks of other well-known politicians like Senator Ted "Series of Tubes" Stevens and the most recent President Bush. Asked how to access the site, Biden embarrassingly acknowledges having forgotten the "Web site number." So, If you love surfing the internets but have trouble remembering all the pesky "numbers," seek solace in the fact that the Vice President of the United States shares your pain.
